realistically meet and work with our challenges coming from a position of strength . Research shows that when we are kind to ourselves we are more likely to bounce back quicker from a setback. The best part is that it can be learned. Through stories, research and interactive activities, Tracy Fink will explore how we can learn to be kind, curious and less judgemental about our own difficulties.
