Len Sprishen Promoted to Director of Global Tax Advisory

Cranford, NJ —   MSPC Certified Public Accountants and Advisors is pleased to announce the promotion of Len Sprishen, J.D., LL.M to Director of Global Tax Advisory.

Len provides tax advice to MSPC’s clients and worldwide affiliates on a broad range of federal, international, and state and local tax matters.  He is regularly involved in a variety of tax projects, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, controversy resolution, inbound and outbound investment structuring and compliance, income tax treaty analysis, tax-exempt entity operations, and multistate nexus studies.

“Len is passionate about researching the latest tax regulations and sharing the information with our clients.  His expertise allows MSPC to assist our clients with the most complex tax matters on a local and international basis.  This leadership position is well deserved and recognizes the significant role Len plays in the Firm,” noted Jon Gagliardi, MSPC’s Managing Principal.

Prior to joining MSPC, Len was a tax lawyer in the corporate department of a large mid-Atlantic law firm.  He has also worked in the specialty tax group at Duff & Phelps Corp. and in the international tax group at Alcoa Corporation.  Len is a member of the Taxation Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is actively involved with that group’s International Tax Committee.  He has been an Adjunct Professor at The College of New Jersey since 2012. Len is also a Certified Commercial Cannabis Expert.
